    • 無添加物:純天然成分,讓您吃得安心。

    • 少糖(甚至無糖):採用果寡糖,提升腸胃健康。

    • 少油:選用發煙點高的芥花油,保留食材的原始營養。

    • 不加麵粉:高端食材替代麵粉,無負擔更健康。

    • 高端食材:每一片糕餅都蘊含數十種微量元素,滋養您的身心。

     

    On the basis of traditional craftsmanship, we have injected our understanding of modern health concepts to develop a cake that is both delicious and healthy:

    • No additives: purely natural ingredients, allowing you to eat with peace of mind.

    • Less sugar (or even no sugar): Use fructooligosaccharides to improve gastrointestinal health.

    • Less oil: Use canola oil with a high smoke point to retain the original nutrition of the ingredients.

    • No flour added: High-end ingredients replace flour, making it healthier and less burdensome.

    • High-end ingredients: Each piece of pastry contains dozens of trace elements to nourish your body and mind.

     

     

    我們精心挑選每一種食材,從核桃、南瓜子、燕麥片、杏仁、黑芝麻到可可粉,六種穀類粉(黑糯米、薏仁、蕎麥、燕麥、大麥、小麥),四種中藥材(蓮子、伏苓、淮山、芡實),每一口都充滿自然的精華與營養。

     

    We carefully select every ingredient, from walnuts, pumpkin seeds, oatmeal, almonds, black sesame seeds to cocoa powder, six types of cereal flour (black glutinous rice, barley, buckwheat, oats, barley, wheat), four types of Chinese medicinal materials (lotus seeds , Fuling, Huaishan, Gorgon), every bite is full of natural essence and nutrition.

    As times change, the traditional pastry industry faces unprecedented challenges. Master Cai understands that in order to revitalize this craft, innovation must be built upon the foundation of tradition. Thus, he began incorporating modern elements into pastry design, making bold experiments in both shape and flavor. At the same time, he places great emphasis on the aesthetic design of pastry packaging, transforming traditional pastries into not only a delicacy but also a symbol of culture and a perfect choice for gifts.

     

    幾十年的堅持與努力,讓蔡大哥的糕餅技藝達到了爐火純青的境界。他的糕餅不僅在當地家喻戶曉,還逐漸走出國門,成為了許多國際活動的指定禮品。多次獲得糕餅藝術比賽的金獎,並被媒體譽為“糕餅界的藝術大師”。他以糕餅為媒介,將中華文化的精髓傳播到更廣闊的舞台上。

     

    Decades of persistence and effort have elevated Master Cai's pastry-making skills to the highest level of mastery. He has won multiple gold medals in pastry art competitions and has been hailed by the media as the "Art Master of the Pastry World."
